My Voice Theatre, a youth theatre program, was preparing to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The goal was to create an engaging, branded campaign that honored the milestone, promoted anniversary events, and encouraged donations—all while ensuring a cohesive presence across email, video, and web channels.

02 — Strategy

I led the creative execution of the campaign, delivering a fully integrated marketing package that included:

  • Anniversary Email: Designed a visually striking email featuring the new logo, on-brand color palette, and clear CTAs driving traffic to videos and the fundraising site.

  • Fundraising Website: Built a dedicated donation page aligned with the campaign theme to encourage contributions.

  • Commemorative Videos: Produced, edited, and branded video stories celebrating the organization’s history and impact, designed for both online use and live event display.

This multi-channel approach ensured consistent branding and messaging, reinforcing donor trust and excitement.

03 — Results

Fundraiser exceeded its goal, raising more than the original target for the 25th anniversary.

  • Videos were later showcased at the organization’s 50th anniversary gala, contributing to a record-breaking $500,000 raised for future programming.

  • Campaign strengthened community engagement and donor relationships, ensuring long-term impact.
