Eleven orthodontic practices wanted to boost new patient starts by incentivizing families with a high-value giveaway — a Disney vacation. The challenge was to generate qualified leads across multiple locations while ensuring entrants met treatment-start requirements.

02 — Strategy

I developed and managed the integrated marketing campaign by:

  • Creating unified landing pages for each participating practice with clear CTAs.

  • Running geo-targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

  • Optimizing copy and visuals to highlight both the giveaway and treatment benefits.

  • Implementing lead tracking and reporting across all 11 practices.

  • Adjusting ad targeting mid-campaign to improve lead quality after early results showed high volume but mixed qualification rates.
